A dark, brand-forward home for an EDM label — a releases catalog that links out to Beatport and Spotify, an events listing, a merch store with cart and checkout, a demo-submission pathway, and unified links to every streaming and social channel.
Challenge
A label has to be a hub — releases, merch, events, demo intake, and a dozen streaming and social destinations — without turning into a glorified link dump. Traktr needed one canonical home that pushed fans toward Beatport and Spotify, sold merch, and took artist demos, all in a cohesive dark aesthetic that matched the brand.
Solution
A fully custom Shopify theme — hand-built in Liquid with custom JavaScript, not an off-the-shelf template — that pulls everything into one place: a releases catalog wired to Beatport and Spotify, an events section, a merch store on native Shopify checkout, a demo-submission pathway for artists, and integrated links to Instagram, TikTok, SoundCloud, and Discord.
