A dedicated site for one listing — hero, lightbox gallery, video tours, floor plans, and map, all driven by a single data file. Inquiries post straight into BoldTrail CRM, and a QR-coded flyer points print traffic at the same pipeline.

Challenge

Portal listings bury a property under competing agents and lookalike templates. The listing agent wanted a destination of their own — somewhere ads, signage, and the flyer QR code could send buyers without distractions.

Solution

A fast single-page Vite build where every detail — price, photos, videos, floor plans — lives in one data file the agent edits without a developer. The inquiry form posts to a serverless function that creates the contact directly in BoldTrail, with honeypot and origin checks shutting down form spam.
